It's that time of year again, so I'm working on a handful of commissions for Christmas presents I had several folks thinking ahead on the house portrait front, so I could get them done in spite of my trip out west. I picked up a pet portrait as well. Working so much on Mr. Darcy lately made me really enjoy painting dogs. I wouldn't mimd doing more of these, though a few years ago I was less confident of getting a likeness that would please a loving owner.
