I've been trying to take advantage of the wonderful weather we've had (before it starts raining again tomorrow) to get out and paint. Fino's a great little Italian deli and restaurant with dog friendly outdoor tables and a fabulous meatball sandwich. It's highly popular among my friends and family, and it's one of my Christmas commissions.

Below is another Central Gardens home. It never gets sun on its face, but it has lots of lovely details that hopefully give the picture interest even without great light.
